Your spiritual connection allows you to hold more compassion for yourself and others. The mind can lead you to what’s safe and acceptable in the eyes of others. But it is your heart, spirit and intuition that lead you to the truth of what you are here to fulfill and give you the courage to sustain it.

To be in integrity with your leadership, you must continue to do the work on yourself to embody whole body wisdom and wellness. You can’t effectively lead others if you aren’t clear, focused and open. We need to make space for our humanness. It is a matter of being willing to become self-aware enough to do the healing work AND to find your own rhythms of how you work best. Understanding your emotional blueprint and tending to your emotional needs is vital if you are going to thrive both personally AND professionally.

We believe a much more holistic approach is needed including empowering core values, a healthy ecosystem for courageous conversations, and a commitment from the people including the leaders to honor the non-business aspects of the company.
